Nancy Cebula

Nancy Cebula works with corporations, communities and organizations to enable them to survive in a turbulent environment by changing adaptiveky through participative planning, design and learning. She is a leader in the use of The Search Conference and Participative Design methodologies in the U.S. Her work with Hewlett Packard and the State of Nebraska is featured in the Search Conference(Merrelyn Emery,Jossey-Vass, 1996). Nancy has been working as a change agent since the 1970, from early work work as a juvenile probation officer to large scale systems work as an organization development consultant. She has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors, including Hewlett Packard, MIcrosoft, Syncrude, (Canada), United Airlines, Dupont, Coors, U.S. Court System, Royal Mall(UK), the states of Colorado, Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, and Texas, as well as,Vail, Colorado and the Macatawa area of Michigan.
